About the Author
Dr. Joseph Nwoye is the founder of the Systemic Diversity and Inclusion Group (SDIG) and Diversity Frontier. A leading voice in global diversity, equity, and inclusion. With decades of experience across education, business, and community leadership, he is dedicated to creating equitable outcomes through collective knowledge and action.
A published author and respected educator, Dr. Nwoye has trained over 250 faculty members in culturally responsive teaching, led DEI-focused curriculum development, and contributed to social justice initiatives across sectors. His commitment to truth and fairness has shaped policies, restored justice, and empowered communities around the world.
